Most food brands say "healthy." Very few will actually show you the numbers. We do — every single dish on the WowZayka menu carries its real calories, protein, and carbs, so you're never guessing what's on your plate.
The numbers are on the food, not the marketing
A few examples straight from today's kitchen:
| Dish | Calories | Protein |
|---|---|---|
| Dal Tadka | 145 | 8 g |
| Aloo Gobi | 130 | 4 g |
| Paneer Butter Masala | 320 | 14 g |
| Chicken Hyderabadi | 260 | 23 g |
| Chicken Curry | 230 | 20 g |
| Chapati | 80 | 3 g |
| Salad & pickle | 30 | 1 g |
Because you can see each dish, you can eat to your day, on purpose:
- A light lunch — Dal Palak, Aloo Gobi, two chapatis and salad lands around 455 kcal with ~18 g protein. Balanced, not heavy.
- A protein-forward plate — swap in Chicken Hyderabadi with a dal and chapati and you're near 38 g of protein for under 600 kcal. Gym day, sorted.
No hidden oil-soaked surprises, no "you won't believe what was in that." Just real home-style food with the receipts attached.
Yes, there's biryani — and we'll tell you exactly what it is
We're not here to be the food police. Some days you want biryani, and biryani should be on the menu. Our Chicken Dum Biryani is 510 kcal with 26 g of protein; the veg version is 420. It's the richest thing we make, and that's the point — it's a cheat day done right: a genuine indulgence, with the number right there so it's a choice, not an accident.
Eating well every day isn't about eating rabbit food. It's about knowing what's on your plate and deciding for yourself. We just make that easy — one honest menu, real numbers, and yes, biryani when you've earned it.
