These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WowZayka app and wowzayka.com, operated by WowZayka ("WowZayka", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

WowZayka offers healthy, home-style meal subscriptions and one-off orders for home and office delivery. Menus, meal availability, delivery areas, and pricing may change from time to time; we will always show you current pricing before you confirm an order.

Your account

You create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it controls access to your WowZayka account. You must provide accurate delivery and contact information — we are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Subscriptions and orders

A subscription grants you a set number of meals over a billing cycle, subject to the plan details shown in the app at the time of purchase. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time shown in the app for lunch and dinner; orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available slot. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse orders outside our delivery coverage area.

Payments

Where online payments are enabled, all payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds and cancellations for a specific order or subscription are handled case-by-case through in-app support — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy, and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with an order.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated windows shown in the app, but delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, address accuracy). Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the app's normal operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account in the app — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WowZayka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms the next time you use the app.
